Blizzard announces ‘Diablo Immortal’ for mobile devices

The Diablo series will soon make its debut on mobile devices, publisher and developer Blizzard has announced.

According to the company, Diablo Immortal, which does not have an official release date and is being co-developed by NetEase, will hit Android and iOS devices and will include the following six character classes:

  • Barbarian
  • Crusader
  • Demon Hunter
  • Monk
  • Necromancer
  • Wizard

Each playable character is said to include “new powers and abilities” with additional classes coming some time in the near future.

Diablo Immortal will apparently play similar to traditional Diablo games, meaning activities like quests and crafting weapons and armor will be available for players.
