Nintendo Reveals Labo VR Expansion

Nintendo has revealed today a new expansion for the do-it-yourself (DIY) video game kit, Nintendo Labo, which means to implement virtual reality to the experience, coming April 12.

“This new kit builds on the core tenets of Nintendo Labo – Make, Play and Discover – to introduce virtual reality in a way that’s fun and approachable for both kids and kids at heart,” says Nintendo of America Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing Doug Bowser. “We wanted to design an experience that encourages both virtual and real-world interactions among players through passing around Toy-Con creations.”

Nintendo has also mentioned that individuals who purchase the Labo: VR starter set can upgrade to additional expansions, which means to retail for $19.99 respectively.
