Operation Black Ice Now Available for Rainbow Six Siege

Operation Black Ice is now available for Rainbow Six Siege.

Ubisoft announced that the Operation Black Ice free update for Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege is now available for download.

Operation Black Ice will contain a new yacht map, two new operators, Frost and Buck, the Canadian special operations JTF 2 force, new weapon skins, as well as the Spectator camera feature being available in custom games.

Ubisoft has stated that the post release policy for Rainbow Six Siege is that all gameplay elements will be free for no additional cost and that all maps and modes will be free and available on release.

Season Pass holders get immediate access to the JTF 2 operators, while non-season pass owners will be able to access the content through in game currency or R6 credits beginning February 9.

Ubisoft, along with Microsoft and ESL, have also announced the First season of the Rainbow Six Siege Pro League beginning the first week of March.
